Schedule of lectures

Check the academic calendar for holidays, teaching suspension days and fortnightly shifts . During the teaching suspension, classes in all courses – pre-academic, academic and custom/personal – will not take place to allow for exam sessions and/or thesis discussion to take place.

Academic Calendar To take a course or subject on a biweekly basis, consult your student area to find out your class roster (A or B) so you can know in advance all the dates set for the current academic year.

DEADLINE

  1. You can apply for admission to pre-academic courses from May 2 until Sept. 15. Applications submitted subsequently may be considered only on the basis of the places remaining available.
  2. Taken the entrance test, wait for the outcome of the exam and ranking to proceed to registration. See procedure on the pre-academic courses page.
  1. You can apply for the entrance exam from February 3 to April 30. Applications submitted subsequently may be considered only on the basis of the places remaining available.

  • February session: from November 1 to December 31.
  • June/July session: from April 1 to May 20.
  • September session: from June 15 to July 20.

Access the student area.

  • Discounted one-time annual tuition: no later than September 10.
  • Application for funding: no later than Sept. 30 (down payment deadline Sept. 10).
  • Quarterly installment: due 1st installment: Sept. 10; 2nd installment: Dec. 5; 3rd installment: March 5.
Custom course tuition payment

Discounted one-time annual tuition:

  • No later than September 10;
  • Application for funding: no later than Sept. 30 (down payment by Sept. 10);
  • Quarterly installment: 1st installment by September 10; 2nd installment by December 5; 3rd installment by March 5;
  • You can still enroll in the customized course at any time during the academic year.

Starting May 2 and no later than May 31, it will be possible to pre-register for the following academic year by taking advantage of various facilities:

  • discounted registration fee and application of the price list of the current academic year or the one in which you first pre-registered;
  • Teacher’s choice for individual singing/instrument lesson;
  • Choice of class days and time slots.
Pre-registration of custom courses

Starting on May 2 and no later than May 31, it will be possible to register for a custom course by taking advantage of various facilities:

  • discounted registration fee;
  • teacher’s choice;
  • Choice of class days and time slots;
  • it is still possible to register for the customized course at any time during the academic year.

Fill out the scholarship application form online from July 2 to July 30.

  • It is possible to withdraw from pre-academic and academic courses no later than the September 10 deadline by sending an email to Chiara. No verbal or telephone withdrawal will be considered valid.
  • In the case of enrollment in pre-academic and academic courses after Sept. 10, withdrawal must be reported within 10 days of signing the enrollment contract.
Withdrawal from custom course
  • Term 1: You can withdraw for Term 1 of the custom course no later than Sept. 10 or in case of enrollment after Sept. 10, within 10 days of signing the contract by sending an email to Chiara. No verbal or telephone withdrawal will be considered valid.
  • Q2 and Q3: It is possible to withdraw for the 2nd and 3rd academic quarters no later than December 5, or in the case of enrollment after December 5, within 10 days of signing the contract by sending an email to Chiara No verbal or telephone withdrawal will be considered valid.
