At Saint Louis, we believe that transparency, integrity and compliance are the foundations on which to build value for all our stakeholders. That is why we have equipped ourselves with an Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with Leg. 231/2001, which guides us in preventing risks and promoting proper behavior, and a Code of Ethics that expresses the values and principles by which we are inspired every day. To supervise the implementation and updating of this system, a Supervisory Board (SB) was established, which is independent and has an oversight role vis-à-vis the Administrative Body. To give everyone the opportunity to contribute to a healthy and respectful environment, we have also activated a confidential and secure reporting channel through which you can communicate any behavior that is not in line with our values, with full protection of confidentiality.
