Alceste Ayroldi, a law graduate cum laude, is a senior structured lecturer at the Ministry of Education University and Research, essayist, music critic, musicologist, and veejay. He has been dealing with music professionally since 1982.

He studied classical guitar for five years, then moved to drums. In the 1980s he was the vocalist of the heavy metal band Helgard.

He collaborated as a speaker and consultant of the program “Jazz, Fusion and Dintorni” – Radio Amicizia until the early 2000s and, in the 1980s, with the Barese radio broadcaster Radio Studio N2, dealing with New Wave and Avant-Rock.

Professor of “Rights within the Performing Arts” , “History of Popular Music,” “Music Research Practice,” and “Music Academic Writing” for the University Of West Of Scotland, a Scottish public institution for which he serves as module leader of the Academic Disciplines Department on the Italian campuses.

  • Producer and artistic consultant and consultant in the communication of numerous cultural realities of the Italian territory.
  • Editor of Musica Jazz magazine, as well as Editor Manager of the webzine Jazzitalia and editor of the web version of Musica Jazz magazine.

As an expert lecturer in Music Management, Performance Legislation and Music Communication, he collaborates as a lecturer at Saint Louis College in Rome.
