Alessio Baldelli, drummer, teacher and performer. He graduated magna cum laude in Jazz Drumming in 2016 upon completion of an academic program at Saint Louis College of Music. In October 2020, he received his second-level degree in Drums and Jazz Percussion from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome with top marks.
He also attends numerous seminars and master classes such as Rome Jazz’s Cool and Siena Jazz Summer Workshop. Since 2016, he has become a drum instructor at Saint Louis College of Music.

Active for years on the Roman music scene with original projects and as a sideman. He performs at major national festivals such as Umbria Jazz, stages such as Auditorium Parco della Musica and Teatro Eliseo in Rome. Over time he is able to range from small ensembles such as trios to large ensembles such as big bands. He broadens his training in the recording studio with various artists from the Roman music scene and beyond.

Alessio Baldelli boasts collaborations with artists on the international music scene such as: Gegè Telesforo, Gianni Oddi, Paolo Fresu, Javier Girotto, Peppe Servillo, Dino Piana, Gianni Coscia, Amedeo Tommasi, Claudio Colasazza, Alfredo Paixao.
He specializes in teaching not only drums, but also subjects such as ear training, rhythm analysis and complementary piano.
