Andrea Proietti in 2007 enrolled in the Rock/Blues Guitar Diploma course at Saint Louis College of Music.

In 2010, his passion for computer science and music technology led him to enroll in the Phonics course also at Saint Louis College of Music, graduating in 2012.

Recording, mixing and mastering for several independent artists: Manu PHL, Smania Uagliuns, Debbit, P40 and TheRivati. He is a sound engineer and MIDI programmer for theater, TV and film.

From 2013 to 2016 he worked as a sound engineer at the Rome Opera House in the venues of Teatro Costanzi, Teatro Nazionale and Terme di Caracalla.

Pro Tools operator for resident orchestra recordings, MIDI programmer for John Adams’ opera “I was looking at the ceiling and then I saw the sky.”

As Sound Designer, he collaborates for operas such as: Nebuchadnezzar, Ernani and Manon Lescaut, Tosca, L’enfant et Les sortileges, Madama Butterfly and for the ballet The Carnival of the Animals.

Andrea Proietti has been teaching Music Technology and MIDI since 2015 in courses dedicated to composers, musicians and sound engineers.

He is also in charge of managing all the computer systems in the classrooms used for teaching these subjects, while continuing his work as a sound engineer and MIDI programmer in parallel.
