TECHNICAL ENGLISH

David Giacomini, an Anglo-Italian guitarist, was born in Rome in 1975. He began playing at the age of 10, studying with M° David Ferara, Umberto Fiorentino, Fabio Zeppetella, Stefano Micarelli and Massimiliano Rosati, Luigi Giannatempo, Andrea Avena and Eddy Palermo.

He obtained his first degree in jazz guitar from the Conservatory of Frosinone with a score of 110 and praises, discussing the thesis “From symmetrical scales to the dodecaphonic series”.

In Pop collaborates on numerous projects of original music as a guitarist, author, arranger.

Produces music for documentaries, audiobooks and corporate events (Geo and Geo, Our Human Capital, Sardinia Region, Agenform).

He arranged and produced numerous artists, including: Cliò, Cargo, Mercvrio, Pink Gijibae and Federico Baroni.

He collaborated with Maestro Emanuele Friello on the production of Musicals: Cinderella, Hair, Hairspray, Jesus Christ Superstar, La cage aux Folles and Rinaldo in campo as well as recording jingles and soundtracks.

He performs throughout Italy with flutist and producer Manù Bandettini, producing the soundtrack for Maria Capasso’s “The Secret Life.”

In the fusion he collaborated on the recording of the USZ Vita Iners and the Artists To Power, Cairo.

David Giacomini collaborated on the soundtrack for Cristina Comencini‘s film “Bianco e Nero.”

He made guitars for the symphonic metal band Dunwich, on the album “Heilagmanoth” and on various compilations.
