Federico Rasetti is Sustainability Manager with European certification, specializing in social and cultural impact.

Active consultancies include that as Director of KeepOn LIVE – Italian Live Club and Festival Category Association -, and Senior Consultant for BAM! Cultural Strategies.

Federico Rasetti is Co-President of Live DMA, the European Association of Live Venues ,of which he has been a member of the executive board since 2020.
Conducts teaching and outreach on the topics of live music, project management and sustainability.

Passionate about live music, he began booking during college, working for several Italian agencies and founding a booking agency and record label specializing in emerging artists.

Following the completion of a master’s degree in meeting management, he began working on organizing business and cultural events, from product launches to music festivals.

He works for Fondazione Unipolis (Unipol Group) for which he is in charge of web communication and roadshows, but not resisting away from the stages he returns to show business for the Doc Servizi network, the largest Italian cooperative reality and the second largest in Europe for services to the world of show business and the protection of its professionals for which he becomes Communication Manager.

He later moved on to direct KeepOn LIVE dealing with advocacy for the live music space category.
