Gilberto Bartoloni, a graduate in composition with honors from the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome and the Licinio Refice Conservatory in Frosinone, Italy, composes and arranges music for dance performances (Dance Art Faculty, Teatro Eliseo), short films (Uxor Film), and concerts, ranging between classical, contemporary, electronic, early music, pop, rock and jazz.
In 2018, he collaborated as a “Computer Music Supervisor” and as an assistant to composer Amedeo Tommasi on the soundtrack for the film “Il signor diavolo,” by Pupi Avati (Rai Cinema).
He has participated as a composer and orchestra director in concerts at Auditorium Parco della Musica, Accademia Filarmonica Romana, Teatro Eliseo and received commissions from theatres and festivals (Associazione Concerti Città di Noto, Cantieri dell’Immaginario – Teatro Stabile d’Abruzzo, Teatro Everest Florence).
Since 2015 he has collaborated as an arranger and composer with the recording studio TPA Records.
He currently teaches classical harmony, orchestration, counterpoint and composition at the Saint Louis College of Music.
