JAZZ VOCALS

Greta Panettieri, a musical story that starts at a very young age, with the study of violin and piano at the Conservatory of Perugia, life in New York – also documented in the comic book “Viaggio in Jazz” – where Greta’s vocal talents are noticed by Universal/DECCA, which releases her first record “The Edge of Everything.”

This was followed by a European tour as Joe Jackson’s opening act, collaborations with world music greats such as Larry Williams, Diane Warren, Curtis King, Terri Lynn Carrington, Mitch Forman, Robert Irvin III, and Toninho Horta, a return to Italy with a resounding tribute to songs interpreted by Mina that enchanted critics, and professional encounters with Sergio Cammariere and Gegè Telesforo, many sold-out tours in Russia and Italian festivals, and sold-out appearances at various editions of Umbria Jazz.

“Greta Panettieri is one of the best singers I have ever heard, and I am sure she will make a great contribution to the music industry and the world at large…”
