Born in Rome to an Italian father and a Caribbean mother (Trinidad & Tobago), she graduated in singing with top honors from the “Morlacchi” Conservatory of Perugia; winner of the Mattia Battistini Competition, she made her operatic debut in Rome as Micaela in Carmen, which would be followed by those of Liù in Turandot and Mimì in La Boheme.

Her rapid vocal maturation will soon enable her to tackle more incisive repertoire such as Verdi’s heroines, from Aida, Trovatore and Don Carlo to dramatic soprano agility roles such as Odabella in Attila, Lady in Macbeth and Abigaille in Nabucco.

Equally at ease with Puccini heroines such as Tosca, Giorgetta in Il Tabarro and Suor Angelica and recently Turandot (title role), as well as in the verismo repertoire where she ranges from Pagliacci to Cavalleria Rusticana and Andrea Chénier.

His recent engagements include the Verdi-Wagner Gala at the Arena di Verona alongside Placido Domingo
conducted by M° Harding, Tosca at Teatro La Fenice in Venice, San Carlo in Naples, Sferisterio in Macerata, Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari and Opera in Rome directed by Franco Zeffirelli, Aida at Arena di Verona conducted by M° Daniel Oren and in Beijing conducted by M. Zubin Metha, Lady in Macbeth at Filarmonico in Verona and at Théâtre de Champs Elysée with M. Daniele Gatti directed by Mario Martone, Abigaille in Nabucco debuted at the Arena di Verona and sung then at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari, Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari and at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino; again Macbeth in Detroit, Beijing, Salerno conducted by Daniel Oren directed by Lina Wertmuller; Verdi Requiem in Milan.

Starring as Turandot at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari. Donna Leonora in La Forza del Destino and Madama Butterfly in Tel Aviv conducted by M. Daniel Oren and a new production of Macbeth in Lyon. Nabucco and Aida, again in the Arena and Nabucco and Ballo in Maschera at the San Carlo Theater in Naples.

More Cavalleria Rusticana at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari and the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. She has performed in major Italian and foreign theaters and international festivals:
