Teresa De Santis is a publishing manager, an expert in institutional relations, a professional journalist and a Knight of Merit of the Republic since 2003.

She has a long career at RAI, where she was a radio host and author from 1979, “Head of Government and Parliament Relations” from 1998 to 2000, Durettore of RAIUNO (from Nov. 27, 2018 to Jan. 14, 2020), executive with editorial management responsibilities, assigned to Raiuno for the next 10 years: 2 as Head of Information (in charge of Rubrics and Coproductions with Tg1) and 8 as Deputy Director, in charge of Economic Planning, President RaiCom (2020-2023) while also maintaining an Editorial Line for Rubrics and programs considered more sensitive and of institutional importance, from “Linea Verde” to “Easy Driver.”

from early evening entertainment to series such as “Christ in the Cold of the East” (on the Church of Silence, Special Award of the President of the Republic, Prix Italia), “God, Peace or Dominion,” “The Ten Commandments,” to name a few.In 2003, for professional merits, she was made a Knight of Merit of the Republic.

As a journalist, she served as cultural editor at the “Manifesto” for 16 years, in parallel with her time at RAI, as well as working with various magazines specializing in music and culture, including Fare Musica and Rockstar.

Expert in culturology and youth cultural phenomena. He also wrote, among others, for newspapers such as Repubblica, Panorama, Europeo, and Problemi dell’Informazione, particularly on “politics and information”; at Tg3 for about 3 years, on the political-parliamentary service, in Montecitorio; at Televideo, as Deputy Director for 5 years; then at Rainews (into which Televideo merged, from 2014 to 2018)

She has written several books on music; also for RAI she was a researcher for several years, at the Qualitative Verification, where she created and directed an Observatory on International Fiction Coproductions. He has designed cultural events conceived and directed on behalf of cultural departments (Bologna, Rome, Florence).

Teresa De Santis has received several awards including the Minerva Award (to female excellence, for leadership), the Le Ragioni della Nuova Politica Award, and the RotarAct/Rotary Award (to excellence and innovation, for creating, at the direction of RaiUno, the record Sanremo Festival of the millennium, with Amadeus and Fiorello).
