Basic Strategies for Music Export, masterclass/webinar with Nur Al Habash, artistic director of Milan Music Week on Friday, March 7 at Saint Louis.

Nowadays we often hear that thanks to streaming and the ease of global listening, music no longer has borders. But is this really the case? How do you in practice bring your music to the ears of international listeners, both online and live? What are the most effective strategies and, most importantly, how much does it cost? This will be discussed in depth during the masterclass by Nur Al Habash, an expert in music business and music export.

Nur Al Habash began her career in 2006 in Rome by forming a collective of girls running a festival, a club night and a webzine. Over the years she has worked as a music journalist for several newspapers, and then served as editor-in-chief for Rockit.it for three years.

In 2017, he launched Italy’s first music export office, Italia Music Export. Since 2022, she has been the Artistic Director of Milano Music Week. In 2023 he joined the Cultural Advisory Board of the British Council in Italy.
