Silvia Olivier, Marco Palmisano, Bijan Moghimi, and Domenico Faramondi, young up-and-coming talents from Saint Louis, will play on Friday, Oct. 17, at Palazzo Braschi in the opening of a concert by Korean pianist Sun Hee You as part of the RomaDiffusa Festival.
Traveling performances, concerts in old libraries and archives, experimental music in museums and historic downtown stores, open art galleries and courtyards of historic buildings, workshops and open studios by artists and artisans, stand-up comedy in bars, poetry in old taverns. These are some of the events planned from Oct. 16 to 19, 2025 by RomaDiffusa, the project that aims to enhance the most authentic elements, from stores to bookstores to bars to historic taverns. The festival features a rich schedule of events that are mostly free and open to all, mixing different disciplines in unexpected public and private settings, ranging from visual arts to music, literature to performance, craft workshops to dance.
Saint Louis students will perform on the Fazioli F278 Gran Coda, provided by Ciampi Pianoforti and placed in a scenic position in the center of the monumental courtyard of Palazzo Braschi, according to this program:
