Sicily Web Fest is one of the largest events held for the purpose of promoting film art through the web.
Not just a competition, but a real cultural event, from this year partnering with the Scirocco Wine Fest, a prestigious wine and food festival promoting Mediterranean culture.
The next edition of Sicily Web Fest to be held in Gibellina (TP) on June 29 and 30, 2018 will host three Saint Louis students, selected from those who participated in the Theme Song – Music for Series course taught by Valentina Bertuzzi, Cristina Carlini and Gianluca Podio.
Our three students, Stefano Kolar, Dario Tartagni and Roberto Pio, in addition to participating in the screenings, events and meetings scheduled during the Festival, will have the task of presenting the winner of the Sicily Web Festival, elected by the Festival Jury for the “Best Soundtrack” category, with the “Saint Louis Special Award”: a library of the best songs produced by the Theme Song Course students that the winner will be able to use freely for his or her next film or web series project.
