Those Lazzaroni of Saint Louis, six evening concerts with Saint Louis bands on stage, inside the grounds of Villa Lazzaroni in Rome.
From May 30 to June 5, 2026, Villa Lazzaroni hosts Those Lazzaroni of Saint Louis, a live concert series born from the ensemble music workshops of the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome.
Six evenings of outdoor music (no concerts are scheduled on the evening of June 2), in the heart of the historic Appio Latino park, featuring Saint Louis student ensembles: ensembles that range across genres, from jazz to rock, from Latin music to contemporary contaminations, in a program that gives back to the city the work done during the educational year.
Those Lazaruses of Saint Louis is a format designed as a true review of emerging young talent, in which each evening features bands of different composition, giving space to sound research and experimentation born within the classrooms of Saint Louis.
The title – a playful homage to the toponymy of the villa and the school’s identity – already tells the character of the event: irreverent, popular in the highest sense of the word, rooted in the territory.
All evenings have free admission.
