Tollak Ollestad

Tollak Ollestad singer, composer, keyboardist and harmonica player, Tollak grew up in Seattle but has lived, recorded and performed all over the world.

Over the years he has used his many talents in many different musical situations, from television to film to live performances in concerts.

He has performed live and toured with artists such as. Don Henley, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Jewel, Seal, Andrea Bocelli, and David Foster and has participated in the recording of CDs by such artists as Natalie Cole, Al Jarreau, Brian McKnight, Earth Wind & Fire, Bebe Winans, Dave Grusin, Gino Vanelli, and Billy Idol.

Tollak’s highly regarded harmonica has appeared on many classical music recordings and was included in the theme of the American TV show “Northern exposure.”

Tollak Ollestad currently resides in the Netherlands, where he is very active as a writer, studio turner, music lecturer and performer, performing in concerts throughout Europe. His latest record work, the CD “Across the Rubicon,” has just been released.
