Throughout his career, Dominic Miller has collaborated with such prominent musicians as Ronan Keating, Tina Turner, Katie Melua, Beverley Craven, Paul Young, Ritchie, Mango, Jimmy Nail, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Richard Wright, and Sting.
His first musical experience of a certain level came in 1989, in the album … But Seriously by Phil Collins, which was followed by the one with Sting in The Soul Cages in 1991. This began a multi-year collaboration with the former Police bassist.
His solo output began in 1995 with First Touch, continuing with 1999’s Second Nature and 2002’s Nel Dawn (together with Neil Stacey). Also from the same period is Shapes, which contains classical pieces such as Albinoni’s Adagio and Beethoven’s Chiaro di Luna.
Dominic Miller in 2004 came out Third World and in 2006 Fourth Wall.
The penultimate record work in order, the first released by ECM, is the 2017 album titled Silent Light, in which the guitarist plays 10 unreleased tracks and interprets Sting’s Fields of Gold, which was followed by ECM’s second, the album Absinthe, recorded with the collaboration of Santiago Arias on Bandoneón.
