Roberto Gallinelli

Roberto Gallinelli has been a bassist for Laura Pausini, Zucchero, Morandi, Riccardo Cocciante, RON, Celentano, Fiorella Mannoia, Mango, Emma, Amoroso, Ruggeri, Tozzi, Masini, and Zarrillo as well as for the Sanremo Festival from 2020 to present and other TV shows such as Nek’s “From the Road to the Stage.”

A native of Castelnuovo di Porto, he began as a self-taught double bass player and started playing live as early as age 8 in clubs.

Roberto Gallinelli’s first professional jobs came thanks to Giulio Capiozzo with Area II and then varied in different styles ranging from jazz to rock, metal to pop until he became one of the most sought-after musicians on the Italian scene both in the studio and live.
